Fudbal

Fudbal, commonly known as football or soccer, is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each. The objective of the game is to score goals by getting a ball into the opposing team’s net. Fudbal is governed by a set of rules known as the Laws of the Game, which are maintained by the International Football Association Board (IFAB).

The sport is played on a rectangular field with a goal at each end and involves skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. Players primarily use their feet to control the ball, although other parts of the body, except for the arms and hands (goalkeepers can use their hands), can also be used to maneuver the ball.

Fudbal is one of the most popular and widely viewed sports globally, with significant events such as the FIFA World Cup and various domestic leagues celebrated in many countries. The sport fosters teamwork, strategy, and physical fitness and has a significant cultural and social impact around the world.

In the context of human resources, understanding the dynamics of team sports like fudbal can inform practices in teamwork, collaboration, and leadership within organizations.
